How to schedule a game and add a facility:

Managers, the following video will give you a short demo on how to add a game to your schedule and add a facility.  Three important notes about adding a facility.

1.  Please make sure that the facility you are adding is not already on the list.  If you are unsure send an email to

2.  Please do not delete any facility, ever!

3.  Please do not edit any facility that you did not create.


If you believe that one of the facilities has incorrect information, please send an email to and include the facility and information you believe to be incorrect.  Please include a link to the information you believe to be correct.

Please make sure the following items are complete before the start of the season.

1.  Please be sure that everyone on your team has filled out the Registration.  This will allow us to communicate in a much easier manner with the entire club.

2.  Please make sure that you have a BSA Managers password.  (If you have not asked for it yet, please send an email to   Make sure that you are already registered before asking for the password.

3.  To learn the website system, I created a Managers user manual.  Click Here to download.  It's a nice system and pretty easy to use.  Check out the other teams sites to see what they are doing and how they are using it.
